Apps Referencing/Inspiration
This app was designed as a multi-purpose tool for users who not only want to track daily activity but also maintain a healthy lifestyle by eating nutritious foods and doing short but effective workouts. First, the app uses tools like the Health app to keep track of the number of steps someone has taken during the day, but it also tracks their heart rate. Secondly, the app consists of daily workouts that help the user burn calories, gain muscle tone, and increase their metabolism. Thirdly, the app has a section of recipes that the user can save and try to cook later. Each recipe is made for healthier choices, but can still be enjoyable.
