Digital Character Designs
All of these characters show an importance in the story of Dragonsdale High. Each character has a brief description of how they met Sagel or when they were introduced to her in her first year of high school. All images were made digitally and cleaned for the final design. The ascent color in their clothes resembles their favorite color and what kind of personality they contain.
Damien Bloodmoon
At the beginning of Dragonsdale High, Damien is a side character who keeps to himself. Although he is the same age, he is not really close to the main character, Sagel Snow. But he speaks to her in a gentle tone when around her and Livy.
Ember Flare
Ember was introduced slightly after the beginning of Dragonsdale High, becoming is a close friend to the main character, Sagel Snow. Although she looks similar to Sagel, and the same age, some of her features help her stand out.
Hiccup “Exhavior” Firestorm
Hiccup was first introduced at the beginning of the story, and slowly became a close friend to Sagel Snow. Although he is older than her by two years, and keeps to himself most of the time, he enjoys Sagel’s company as she treats him with kindness and cares about him.
Issac Storm
Issac is introduced at the beginning of Dragonsdale High, and becomes a secondary main character right when he meets the main character, Sagel Snow, on the first day. Issac is the younger brother of Merlin, who is one year older than him and part of the popular teens.
Jim Blueflame
Jim was introduced at the beginning of Dragonsdale High when he helped the main character, Sagel Snow, find her way in the school. Jim is a secondary main character, a year older than Sagel, and the first to have a crush on her. Despite Sagel not loving him the same in return, he respects her as a person and remains one of her loyal friends.
Livy Flower
Livy, like Ember, was introduced in the story slightly after the beginning of Dragonsdale High. Livy began as a side character and is slowly becoming a main character. Even though she is a year older than Sagel, the two girls’ friendship gradually developed into a sister bond.
Merlin Storm
Merlin is the older brother of Issac, and a slight lady’s man. He’s introduced slightly after the start of Dragonsdale High and has been trying to woo Sagel’s heart, which is not working out. Merlin starts as a side character and is slowly becoming a main character.
Sagel Snow Rose-Moon
Sagel Snow is the main character in Dragonsdale High, and the story is told from her perspective. Sagel shows empathy for everyone, except when they disrespect her or her friends. Despite her being younger or shorter than her friends, she sometimes acts like a big sister to them.
